Personal liability insurance protects the assets of the policyholder and his family members and pets against the financial consequences arising from statutory liability claims brought by third parties in connection with personal injury, damage to animals, property damage and financial loss and related to private life. The policy is intended to cover also claims arising from liabilities in respect of co-worker during their services at the policyholder premises.

Limit: € 1.000.000
Main exclusions: liability arising out of motor vehicles and professional activities
Trigger: loss occurrence

The Insurer covers the costs of defending the Insured at court and out of court legal actions .

Limit: € 15.000

Insurer covers damage to content and personal belongings in the premises of the Insured, caused by, among other fire, explosion, lightening, water damages, etc.

Limit: € 15.000
Sublimits & deductibles are applied for some specific coverages (theft, water damages, …)

Insurer provides home emergency assistance such as sending a plumber, electrician or blacksmith at Insured premises, it covers also costs for accommodation, early return, overseer, relocation, boarding for pets.

Limit: 3 times in a year
Main exclusions: riot, civil commotions, strikes, terrorism, war, alcohol/drug abuse, catastrophical events

Insurer provides assistance services following accident, theft, socio-political or natural events. Services are roadside assistance, substitute vehicle, Accomodation costs, Return or continuation of trip, taxi service etc.

Limit: 3 times in a year
Main exclusions: races, civil commotions, strikes, terrorism, war, alcohol/drug abuse, catastrophical events
